Our founder took a step back from the events industry to raise a family. During that time, she regularly received calls from industry contacts asking if she knew anyone available for staffing opportunities. She found herself diving into her network, carefully matching former colleagues to roles based on companies' message, campaign style, and brand ethos.
It was in those moments she realised how much she truly enjoyed the process - not just finding someone to fill a role, but sourcing the RIGHT person to represent a brand authentically. The satisfaction she felt making those prefect matches sparked something deeper.
A few months later, she crossed paths with a young woman in a wheelchair who was studying and keen to get into events work. It was a powerful moment. Our founder quickly recognised how overlooked individuals with disabilities were in the staffing world - and how much untapped potential there was in the widening talent pool.
This encounter solidified her decision. She knew it was time to build her own agency - one driven by purpose, passion, and a genuine commitment to raising the standard of representation in the industry,
